ASSET MANAGEMENT

Implementation of business plan with active asset management that seeks to protect and enhance value. Recommendations on amendments to the business plan.

Continual communication with tenants to understand the status of their business, discuss high level property issues, and their general satisfaction with the property.

Enforcement of lease provisions for tenants and the landlord.

Actively monitoring property performance relative to financing covenants.

Selecting and actively monitoring third party property managers.

Obtaining and monitoring relevant insurance programs for the property investment.

Coordinating with third party accountants and tax advisors to create quarterly/annual property reports which meet the reporting needs of relevant tax authorities and clients.

Monitoring the business plan in the context of current market dynamics to advise on property dispositions.
